Uses: To Marinate  Beef,Pork,Turkey,chicken,fish,or seafood, vegetables,rice.

How To Use: Dissolve in vinegar ,oil,fresh lime,lemon,or orange juice. Until paste is easy to apply or rub into the meat. Leave to marinade, longer periods will have a stronger flavor. Then cook,fry,boil,BBQ, grill or broil.

Adds color as well as a unique earthy flavor.

Heat: Not Hot. Tangy,musky aromatic spicy flavor is obtained from seeds of the annatto tree is also a natural coloring agent (red-yellow).
